UWIRINGIYIMANA Clement is a journalist based in Kigali, Rwanda. My name is Clement Uwiringiyimana. I am married. Born 1989 in the eastern part of Rwanda, I am a journalist in Rwanda since 2010. I started working as a freelance reporter for Reuters in May 2014. I also work as a freelancer to other news outlets. For instance I got my story co-published in The globe and Mail******. I believe in Journalism and I manage to professionally handle this profession thanks to skills I got from Rwanda’s School of Journalism at the National University. My passion is journalism mainly because everyone needs information from journalists and to me, whoever is informed, if empowered.
