I am a journalist based in New York City and I am open to traveling for assignments. I thrive on being involved in every aspect of a story, from creating original content to its final broadcast. Driven by a deep passion for creative storytelling, I have dedicated myself to journalism, taking on extraordinary assignments around the world. I have covered some of the most complex and urgent issues of our time, including the immigration crisis at the U.S.–Mexico border, the Ukraine–Russia War, prison conditions in supermax penitentiaries and on death row, the Capitol insurrection, and the COVID-19 pandemic. My reporting has also taken me to El Salvador, where I covered migrant deportees and the country’s controversial CECOT mega-prison, as well as to Rome, where I reported live on the death of Pope Francis. My mission is to deliver accurate, compelling, and impactful journalism that informs and engages audiences. My work has been recognized with multiple honors, including an Emmy nomination and an Excellence in Journalism award. I am especially passionate about enterprise reporting, building strong relationships with sources, and delivering on-air coverage that reflects both my expertise and commitment to the craft.

Portfolio
During my attempts to gain access to El Salvador’s CECOT mega-prison, where U.S.-bound migrants are now being detained, I documented the facility’s extreme security measures and restrictive conditions. While reporting, a military guard confronted and harassed me as I attempted to film, underscoring the intense atmosphere and lack of transparency surrounding the prison. The footage captures both the scale of the operation and the risks journalists face when trying to expose how migrant detainees are treated inside one of the world’s most notorious incarceration centers.
A Reporter's Notebook: The U.S.-Mexico border
While reporting on the evolving migrant crisis along the U.S.–Mexico border, I witnessed firsthand the volatile mix of humanitarian need and criminal activity that defines the region. As my team and I were setting up for a live shot, several drug runners suddenly burst out of the brush just feet away, a stark reminder of the dangers migrants face as they navigate territory controlled by cartels. The video captures the chaos of the moment, but the larger story remains the human toll: families fleeing violence, parents carrying children through unforgiving terrain, and exhausted asylum seekers caught between border enforcement and cartel exploitation. The piece reflects both the urgent security challenges on the ground and the profound humanitarian reality unfolding in real time.
In this video, you'll find a curated selection of my work, including reports for 1010 WINS and CBS News Network Radio, television anchoring, and experiences as a foreign correspondent. I hope you enjoy this glimpse into some of my favorite stories.
