The Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Examination is facing integrity issues in its second week, with reports of students accessing exam questions ahead of time. Education Cabinet Secretary Professor George Magoha insists that no papers have leaked, but 'early exposure' is a concern. In Siaya County, 42 students from Dibuoro Secondary School were arrested for possessing mobile phones with images of exam papers. The school's staff is under investigation. Magoha has issued guidelines to prevent malpractices, including restrictions on mobile phone use and increased monitoring. The KCSE 2021 Exams have 831,015 candidates across 10,413 centers.
