Random forest models using spectral data from these satellites achieved high classification accuracies for GDM severity. Challenges include cloud cover and low spectral resolution. The research underscores the potential of satellite remote sensing in enhancing grapevine disease surveillance systems.
Revealing Allosteric Mechanism of Amino Acid Binding Proteins from Open to Closed State

This study investigates the closure mechanisms of three typical AABPs—glutamine binding protein (GlnBP), histidine binding protein (HisJ), and lysine/arginine/ornithine binding protein (LAOBP) in Escherichia coli—using sequence alignment, Gaussian network model (GNM), anisotropic network model (ANM), conventional molecular dynamics (cMD), and neural relational inference molecular dynamics (NRI-MD) simulations. The findings reveal high structural similarity among the AABPs and identify key residues involved in receptor-ligand recognition and allosteric signaling. The study provides insights into the allosteric mechanisms of AABPs and supports the structure-based design of small-molecule oncology drugs.
