Yanmei Jiang, freelance photographer and videographer based in Guangzhou China. I was former editor and photographer in media for about 5 years and freelance photographer for about 3 years. Understanding Post-Adoption Behavioral Intentions of Mobile Health Service Users: An Empirical Study during COVID-19
The study investigates the post-adoption behaviors of mobile health (m-Health) service users during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the influence of user personality traits, doctor characteristics, and perceived risks on user continuance intentions and positive word of mouth. Utilizing the stimulus-organism-response framework, the research highlights the roles of cognitive and emotional trust in shaping these behaviors. Data from 621 m-Health users in China reveal that personal traits and doctor characteristics positively impact trust, while perceived risks have a negative effect. The findings suggest strategies for m-Health platforms to enhance user trust and promote sustainable development in the post-pandemic era.
