I’m a Gen Z boss – this is what I do differently
The article discusses the unique leadership style of a Gen Z managing director who founded Platinum Live, a creative communications agency. Emphasizing technology, flexibility, transparency, continuous learning, diversity, and mental health, the Gen Z approach contrasts with traditional leadership styles. The focus on digital tools, work-life balance, authenticity, and inclusivity is highlighted as beneficial for modern business practices. The article suggests that while there is much to learn from older generations, the fresh perspectives of Gen Z can drive positive change in the workplace.

Three young siblings cycle marathon in garden to raise money for NHS
Amy, Archie, and Jack Brown, aged 12, nine, and seven, cycled a marathon in their garden in Gosforth, Cumbria, to raise money for the NHS. Despite the hot weather, they were motivated by a desire to support healthcare workers, particularly appreciating the NHS due to Amy's experiences at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle. Their mother, Alison Brown, expressed pride in their compassion and efforts. The children completed 262 laps of their 0.1-mile circuit, equating to a marathon distance.
