Fifteen African journalists from various regions underwent a week-long course on managing conflict in newsrooms, organized by KAS Media Africa and Aga Khan University Graduate School of Media and Communication in Nairobi, Kenya, from November 14th to 18th, 2022. The training included presentations, activities, and a visit to The Standard Media Group. Participants learned about conflict forms, causes, and resolution strategies. Journalists shared their key takeaways, emphasizing skills such as pressure management, communication, and emotional intelligence.
