My last job assignment was for BOL Newspaper/Bol News, where I worked as Senior Correspondent. I mainly write on financial and economic issues but also cover political and social development as per the requirement of the publication/website. I can also produce video packages and documentaries.  

I am in the field of journalism for over 27 years. I worked for leading newspapers and news channels on senior positions. I started my career from The News International. During my stint with electronic media, I was Input Head/Chief Reporter of CNBC Pakistan. Apart from this I also worked for Geo News/Geo English as Head of Business Desk and later for ARY News in same capacity. 

In print media I worked for The News International, Daily Times and Singapore based Magazine ‘Asian Banker’. I also contributed numerous stories for BBC Urdu, CNBC Asia and other foreign websites/news agencies.

On part time basis I work as media consultant and also teach at Institute of Business & Management (IoBM) as visiting faculty for 7 years. I did MA in English Literature from KU and fellowship in Innovation Journalism from Stanford University, California, USA in 2009.
