Portfolio
A Tanzanian young man who breeds dogs commercially in Arusha started with two dogs but now owns more than 50 dogs. He sells one dog for more than 1000 US dollars and now he is planning to build a lodge to help different people when they are on a trip to take care of their dogs until they return.
Climate change has continued to affect daily life in various parts of the world The Maasai community in Tanzania due to having a large number of livestock has been facing a shortage of fodder due to the rain not falling on time so many of their livestock die for lack of fodder. In 2020, the Maasai community living in Bagamoyo in Eastern Tanzania sold cattle for up to 30,000 Tanzanian shillings, an average of 15 US dollars. The video always reminds me of the importance of educating each other about climate change. Still, I prepared the video using a mobile phone (iPhone 6 plain).
A teacher who quit teaching and started making bricks using plastic waste When they started this work, he and his friend received a lot of criticism from people telling them that they were young and beautiful girls and that they should go and get the skills to make food or other small handicrafts and not make bricks. Their goal was to deal with plastic waste along the banks of the river near where they live. The production of these bricks involves the first several steps, which are to collect enough plastic waste, then melt it in a hot pot, then mix it with sand, and then fill it in special brick-shaped boxes and let it cool down. Due to poor tools, they were able to make up to 20 bricks per day.
