Dar resident jailed 30 years for impregnating schoolgirl
Meshack Marko, a 23-year-old resident of Bunju, has been sentenced to 30 years in prison by the Kinondoni Resident Magistrate’s Court in Dar es Salaam for raping and impregnating a 16-year-old schoolgirl. Principal Resident Magistrate Ramadhan Rugemalira delivered the verdict, stating that the prosecution had proven its case beyond reasonable doubt.
