In the village of Movile, reminiscent of a bygone era with horse-drawn carriages and vegetable vendors, the internet is a popular and essential tool for residents. An 18-year-old named Marya, who lacks home Wi-Fi, relies on mobile data from three SIM cards to play mobile games, listen to music on YouTube, and communicate with her brother working in Italy.

I did this video about Ukrainian refugees at the Berlin main train station a few weeks after the war started. I wrote the script, filmed and edited.
