I am Alberto Peña, a 36 years old Spanish independent multimedia journalist (text and video) working in Chile. I have been working the last ten years for Agencia EFE in India, Paraguay and Chile; and for Agence France Presse (AFP) in Chile, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Guatemala. I traveled to Guatemala to in a journey to the hearth of the Maya Biosphere Reserve in order to learn about environmental practices of the settlers to fight back the deforestation.
I did interviews, wrote, filmed and edited the feature.
