I am Jorge Calle a Latin American photo-journalist based in Medellín, Colombia, a graduate in documentary photography. From the city of Medellín, Colombia, my focus is on human conflicts and their ecosystems. I develop socially resonant photographic projects, documenting topics such as migration, environmental inequality, and the social complexities of conflict in our region. Through documentary images, I construct graphic stories that not only make reality visible but also catalyze a deeper understanding of society and the intrinsic human condition. As co-founder of the NGO Everyday Homeless, I have been actively involved in building bridges for the transformation of narratives through art, photography, and popular culture.
