About John
John Fenoglio is a broadcast journalist based in Southern California (Los Angeles) with 8+ years of reporting experience. His work has taken him all over the greater Southwest and Northwest regions of the US. Currently, he is a freelance political reporter for KTLA in Los Angeles. 
He has been avidly covering this controversial and groundbreaking Presidental Election cycle, as well as, live, breaking news and enterprise reporting. He has reported from the campaign trail at rallies and conducted personal interviews wth Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz, and Bernie Sanders just to name a few. His live reports air nightly at 6, 10, and 11pm.
Prior to moving to LA, John was a freelance breaking news reporter at KTRK in Houston, his hometown.  He hit the ground running, reporting stories of heroism and tragedy during the Spring of 2015 when Tropical Storm Bill, tornados, and flooding pummeled southeast Texas.
Before Houston, he was the weekend anchor and a general assignment reporter for KRON in San Francisco. He made his debut with the network covering the crash of Asian Flight 214 at San Francisco International Airport in July 2013. 
He's also served as an LA-based, regional correspondent for CBS News and FRANCE 24 International News (English edition), where he covered local stories of national and international interest from the US West Coast. 
Fenoglio regularly writes, produces, shoots, and edits his own stories.
