David Pashaee is a Los Angeles–based documentary photographer and multimedia journalist whose work explores the intersection of visual storytelling, social justice, and human resilience. With a background in photojournalism and a deep commitment to ethical reporting, he has contributed to leading outlets such as Getty Images, TIME, BuzzFeed News, and NPR. His portfolio spans protest coverage, red carpet events, environmental disasters, and in-depth stories from the Middle East.

David has served as a video journalist and editor for Voice of America Farsi, producing live broadcasts and interviews. He also held positions as a photojournalist at Acorn Newspapers and as a public relations photographer for Los Angeles Pierce College. Fluent in English, Persian (Farsi), and Turkish, David brings cultural awareness and a compassionate lens to every assignment.
